We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the SEA Crab House. They must supervise daily all back of house restaurant operations. The Kitchen Manager’s responsibilities include supervising the food prep, cooking, maintaining inventory, and complying with all safety cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage the kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked following the established recipes, are accurate to the order placed, served quickly, and meet our presentation standards.
