Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet the company standards of cleanliness.
• Carefully handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Notify the supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances immediately.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests promptly with professionalism and patience.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace to avoid shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
