About the Role:
As a Residential Cleaner at Scrub-In Cleaners, LLC, your main role is to ensure that our clients' homes are clean, tidy, and welcoming. You'll provide a range of cleaning services to keep our clients' homes sparkling.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean kitchen areas and bathrooms: washing dishes, cleaning appliances, scrubbing and sanitizing countertops, sinks, showers, and toilets.
- Handle specialty cleaning tasks, such as window washing or carpet cleaning, as needed.
- Follow a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in client's homes.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly handled and stored.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including some weekends.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidates.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle occasional on-the-job challenges.

Salary
$15 - $30 per hour
