The Role.

In this role, you will seamlessly blend cutting-edge SEO/GEO, UX optimization, and personalized omnichannel marketing to create exceptional digital brand experiences for our premier hospitality client base.


As the primary agency point of contact for website experience on your assigned accounts, you will act as a critical bridge between strategy and execution. If you are a proactive, analytical professional who thrives on owning client outcomes, partnering with leadership teams, and mentoring junior coordinators, we invite you to become our co-pilot.


What You’ll Be Doing.

  • SEO:
  • Design and execute advanced search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to measurably improve organic visibility and drive client revenue.
  • Oversee technical SEO and execute on-page optimizations including metadata, heading structures, internal linking, and schema markup using SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Apply GEO best practices focusing on entity clarity, answer-optimized formatting, and authoritative content signals to earn cited or featured placements in AI/generative engine results.
  • Track organic performance and proactively translate complex data into strategic trends and actionable recommendations for internal teams.
  • User Experience (UX):
  • Lead the UX strategy and optimization programs to reduce user friction, maximize engagement, and lift conversion rates across client websites.
  • Develop and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize web pages and improve user experience.
  • Design wireframes and optimize website layouts with a strict focus on usability, aesthetics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Personalization:
  • Design and launch personalized landing pages and on-site experiences based on precise audience segmentation, behavioral data, and lifecycle stages.
  • Tailor copy and web experiences specifically for omnichannel marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, organic social, etc.) to maximize user conversion.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Build and maintain comprehensive GA4 reporting frameworks, focusing on strategic event tracking, custom audience building, and conversion configuration to ensure absolute data integrity
  • Utilize Looker Studio to transform complex website performance metrics into visual, narrative-driven dashboards that tell a clear story and provide immediate, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze website analytics between reporting cycles, proactively identifying performance anomalies, tracking integrity issues, and hidden growth opportunities.
  • Project Management:
  • Simultaneously manage multiple concurrent account workstreams and projects, ensuring momentum, timely delivery, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Act as a critical bridge between cross-functional agency teams and the Client Leadership Team (CLT); proactively communicate project status, priorities, and scope changes alongside proposed solutions.
  • Turn high-level client objectives into clear, airtight, and contextual task briefs for our Coordinators to support on client tasks.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging digital technologies, CMS updates, and industry shifting trends (like GEO/AI search) to rapidly pilot and implement next-generation solutions for our hospitality clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 Years of Experience working in SEO and/or Web Analytics roles
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar products
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO tools: Moz, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
