About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist / Executive to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality organic social across a range of travel, leisure and hospitality brands.

This is a role ideal for someone with some experience and a strong interest in social media, content creation and digital culture. You’ll work closely with Social Media Managers to deliver engaging, platform-native content while developing your skills across strategy and performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day delivery of organic social media accounts
• Assisting with content planning, scheduling and reporting
• Creating and editing social content using tools such as Canva and Adobe
• Capturing lo-fi, platform-native content for channels like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Contributing creative ideas for content, trends and campaigns
• Community management across accounts
• Applying platform best practices to ensure content performs effectively
• Staying up to date with social trends, cultural moments and platform updates
• Collaborating with content, creative and wider marketing teams

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years experience running accounts and creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• A good understanding of social trends, formats and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience with tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe or similar
