The Role.
Reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Director, you will act as a strategic advisor and digital leader, designing and executing performance solutions to solve complex client challenges.
In this role, you’ll own, plan, and build high-impact campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and analytics platforms to deliver clear ROI for our world-class hospitality clients. Beyond campaign delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring junior talent, optimizing agency processes, and driving cross-channel innovation through automation and performance frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance strategies across SEM (Google, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, StackAdapt) aligned with client SOWs and growth targets.
- Client Advisory & Account Growth: Build trust-based relationships as the lead digital expert in the room, partnering with Client Leadership to identify expansion opportunities and proactively manage project scope.
- Analytics, CRO & Tracking: Oversee GA4, Meta Pixels, and CAPI setups; partner with devs/designers on conversion rate optimization; and build real-time performance dashboards.
- Team Mentorship & SOPs: Coach and train Managers, Coordinators, and Executives, while building scalable agency SOPs, AI tools, and automation frameworks.
- Budget & Scope Management: Manage media budgets and forecasting tools (like Shape), logging daily time accurately (~7 hours billable/internal) to safeguard agency timelines and margins.
What We’re Looking For.
- Agency Experience: Proven track record in a senior performance marketing or paid media role within an agency setting.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on expertise across Google/Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging ad networks, plus strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Client & Commercial Leadership: Superior stakeholder management skills with experience expanding accounts, managing substantial media budgets, and navigating scope requirements.
- Mentorship Mindset: Demonstrated ability to train direct reports, resolve workflow blockers, and elevate team-wide execution.
