The Account Manager role exists to support the larger Client Strategy department in meeting and exceeding client expectations. This position is multi-faceted and requires time dedicated directly to client interaction and management as well as time dedicated to managing the day-to-day execution of tasks related to campaign status, optimizations, and execution. 


This role requires previous experience in the digital marketing industry and an aptitude for continuous learning. The Account Manager role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, comfort and experience in presenting to internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to pivot and adapt as the business and clients need.


Duties & Responsibilities: 


  • Supports the larger Client Strategy Team with day-to-day management of campaign status, optimizations, and execution
  • Assists in the creation of regular, timely, and insightful reporting for internal marketing stakeholders
  • Ensures that paid digital efforts are effectively meeting planned marketing KPIs and assigned deadlines
  • Executes advertising placements, budgeting and creative on social media and meta search channels
  • Compiles and delivers monthly client reporting
  • Tracks and manages project deadlines for client deliverables
  • Prepares account service related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, SOWs and other internal and external communications and correspondence
  • Collects and analyzes Google Analytics reports
  • Manages direct relationships with a minimum of 5 (five) clients with limited support from an Account Executive
  • Assists Account Executives with the development of marketing plans and strategies
  • Develops and executes on internal initiatives for the Client Strategy team to impact internal efficiencies and and client relationships
  • Has an integral role in client communications and is an active participant in marketing meetings with book of accounts


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 2-3 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
  • Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Comfortable knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
  • Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be a confident, flexible, multitasker, and be able to work independently

Salary

$57,500 - $62,500 per year
