The Role.
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to help keep our client accounts, campaigns, and internal teams running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll support digital marketing campaigns, track projects and budgets, coordinate across departments, and help bring great work to life for hospitality and travel brands.
What You’ll Be Doing.
Campaign Execution & Media Support
- Support the day-to-day execution and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign pacing and monitor budgets to ensure campaigns stay on track
- Execute advertising placements across social media and meta-search platforms
- Monitor campaign health and proactively flag issues or optimization opportunities
- Support Account Managers and Account Executives with account execution and client deliverables
Financial Coordination & Budget Tracking
- Submit and track budget updates and payment confirmations in partnership with Accounting
- Assist with budget reconciliation and financial documentation
- Support billing accuracy and ensure campaign spend is documented correctly
- Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and other account documentation
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Maintain project timelines and internal trackers to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate communication across departments including Client Leadership, Creative, Media, and Accounting
- Follow up on deliverables and action items to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and account service documentation
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Assist with creating monthly and recurring client reports
- Pull and organize data from analytics dashboards and media platforms
- Help translate campaign performance into clear progress updates for clients and internal teams
- Maintain accuracy across tracking links, reporting systems, and campaign data
Operational Excellence
- Help streamline workflows and support overall pod organization
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends across PPC, SEO, and social media
- Maintain a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Support a positive team environment through strong communication and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or account coordination preferred
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Interest in digital marketing channels including paid media, social media, SEO, and analytics
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and follow through on deliverables
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in where needed
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
