Location: Scout Northwest Trading Co. – Lincoln City Outlets

Schedule: Full-Time (Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday)

What You’ll Do

• Help customers find products they didn’t even know they needed
• Run the register with confidence and accuracy
• Keep the store clean, organized, and dialed in
• Support merchandising and product displays
• Be part of the overall vibe (this matters more than you think)

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely personable
• Reliable (if you say you’ll be there, you’re there)
• Comfortable talking with all types of people (tourists + locals)
• Team player who can also take initiative
• Retail experience is not required

Schedule

• Full-time summer role
• Either Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday
• Must be available weekends
