Description

Scope Health & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC-S). Supervisory level is a plus!


What you will do as a Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Counselor:

The Licensed Social Worker/Professional Counselor provides clinical assessment, mental health counseling, case management, care coordination, and support to their clients ages 5-17 on an outreach bases - in client's school, home, and/or community. This position is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, developing therapeutic goals and objectives, and employ strategies of intervention that are supported by our trauma-informed framework.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual sessions with clients to address mental health, provide education and support to promote overall well-being
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources
  • Maintain accurate and up to date clinical documentation
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development to enhance clinical skills


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, or Bachelor's degree in Social Work with LSW
  • Current Ohio LSW, LISW(S), LPC, or LPCC(S) license
  • Experience working with youth in a school-based setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a self-starter, be able to exhibit flexibility, work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Salary

$40 - $45 per hour
