Scoir, Inc. Product Marketing Manager Remote · Full time

As Scoir’s Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for telling our product story to prospective and current clients. You’ll also be our primary advocate for our target audience and gain a deep understanding of their needs, pain points, and daily responsibilities in order to convey how our product will meet and surpass their expectations.

Description

You will report to our Director of Product Marketing and collaborate throughout the organization to provide key insights to product teams and take our high school solution to market. 


To be successful in this role, we expect you to:

  • Have at least 2–4+ years of product and/or digital marketing experience
  • Be a strategic planner, but also excited to execute against marketing plans 
  • Build, deliver, and report on marketing campaigns 
  • Drive lead generation
  • Build product content (e.g., case studies, website copy, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance for optimization 
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Communicate and present your ideas effectively to various stakeholders in the company
  • Appreciate a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work environment
  • Be creative, take risks, and learn from failure rather than fear it


THE EXPERIENCE

Within 1 month, you’ll...

  • Participate in product demonstrations and trainings to learn the needs, concerns, attitudes, mindset of our audience
  • Jump in to help support current and planned marketing strategies and campaigns 
  • Gain a functional understanding of our product from our audience
  • Build and deliver a reporting structure that communicates the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns in market 

Within 3 months, you’ll...

  • Develop working relationships with our product and business development team
  • Execute against marketing plans and strategies to generate inbound leads 
  • Manage and create content workflows/campaigns 
  • Plan and influence editorial needs  
  • Identify content gaps 

Within 6 months, you’ll...

  • Develop the 2022-23 product marketing roadmap that aligns to business objectives for the year 
  • Continue to deliver against a steady stream of inbound leads 
  • Provide influence over our 2022 editorial strategy to ensure content needs for high schools are properly prioritized 

Within 12 months, you’ll...

  • Have expanded the Scoir brand and product positioning to be competitive with the biggest players in the market

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
