ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a team of Austin-based, experienced, go-getting, events and natural products-loving Brand Ambassador to join our SchroderHaus crew. 


This opportunity is a non-exempt, part-time role from May to early August 2025. Reporting to our Austin-based Lead Brand Ambassador, the Part-Time Brand Ambassador will play an important supporting role activating at events for Little Spoon. Specifically, this work will include, but not be limited to:


  • Participating in Little Spoon brand and SchroderHaus training sessions
  • Building awareness of Little Spoon and its products with high-energy, enthusiasm and brand knowledge
  • Encouraging consumers to sample Little Spoon products and participate in lead generation activities, like giveaways
  • Assisting with event setup and teardown, as well as keeping all product and swag organized and replenished
  • Consistent communication with the Lead Brand Ambassador via email about event and sampling activations 
  • Performing with excellence to achieve key campaign and event goals, e.g. total number of samples distributed in Austin over the campaign, number of leads generated by event, etc. 
  • Assist the Lead Brand Ambassador with capturing consumer feedback and photos for event and activation report


HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU’RE A FIT?


  • You’re ready to dive right in! We’re looking for experienced Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about educating consumers on organic and healthy options for growing families.
  • You’re a social chameleon. You’re comfortable approaching a variety of strangers and speaking in a natural and compelling conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with families 
  • You thrive in a family friendly and fun environment.
  • You’ve had at least a year of experience in varied Brand Ambassador roles, sampling products at events, and more
  • You are PUMPED about the idea of getting experience with an entrepreneurial agency team that’s dedicated to providing clients kick-ass, creative support
  • When you reach for a snack, it’s typically one that’s free of weird stuff like pesticides and preservatives - you LOVE finding new natural foods to NOSH on
  • You like to laugh and have fun
  • Ability to travel throughout the region (Greater Austin Metro Area) with reliable transportation that can get you to and from events
  • Ability to work weekend events from May to early August 
  • Must possess both a clean driving record and no criminal record
  • Must have a valid driver’s license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked and proof of vehicle insurance as required by state law
  • BONUS:  You have a Texas Food Handler Certificate 
  • BONUS:  Your past Brand Ambassador experience includes working with natural and organic food brands


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position will be required to stand and walk around at events for 8-12 hours and must be able to bend and carry up to 50 lbs alone and up to 100 lbs with another team member. 


HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Our Part-Time Brand Ambassadors will earn $25/hour, and will work between 10-20 hours per week from May to early August 2025, depending on secured activations and events.
