Position: Leader Support Specialist

Reports to: Manager of Leader Support

Supervises: N/A

Location: 100 Stonewall Blvd, Ste 3, Wrentham, MA 02093

Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 5pm / Wednesday & Thursday 11:30 am – 5:00 pm (Hybrid, part-time position)

Job Summary: As a Leader Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing essential customer support services, resolving technical issues, and managing billing inquiries within the back-to-school industry. Your role will encompass processing orders and payments for various products, offering technical assistance for software programs, and addressing customer queries via multiple communication channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in promoting resources and services while maintaining accurate records and databases.


Responsibilities:

  • Process new orders, renewals, and payments for a range of PTO Today products, including insurance, software, expos, Plus memberships, and toolkits.
  • Manage special insurance requirements for districts, handle liquor liability issues, and address event requests.
  • Provide technical support for the Finance Manager online accounting software program, assisting customers with accounting troubleshooting as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls, offering guidance on parent group issues and recommending relevant PTO Today resources and services.
  • Answer questions related to PTO Live Expos and Learning Lounge webinar sessions and participate in events when required.
  • Support general sampling and marketing initiatives to promote PTO Today products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with budgeting processes and financial management.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Previous volunteer work with parent groups would be advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and challenges.

Salary

$18 - $20 per hour
