Schnurbusch Law is seeking an experienced, virtual estate planning and probate paralegal to join our team. We are a comprehensive estate planning and probate law firm based in St. Charles, Missouri, serving clients statewide in a hybrid in-person and virtual capacity. We are a small, tech-forward law firm focused on automation and building value for our clients.

We are looking for a paralegal with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good initiative, and an ownership mentality. This position will involve:

• Interacting with clients, prospects, other lawyers, and court staff over the phone and via email and text
• Assisting in the drafting of estate planning and probate documents,
• Filing documents with the probate court,
• Managing deadlines,
• It may involve assisting in intake calls and client onboarding

The position is fully remote and work-from-home. It is a plus (but is not required) if applicants are familiar with Missouri probate procedures and comfortable with a high-tech law practice.

• Pay range is from $22-28/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits package subject to discussion and needs of the employee.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat are required.
