Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating exceptional experiences? We are seeking Guest Services Associates to join our front-of-house team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who values sustainability, style, and professionalism.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help set the tone for a high-end, welcoming experience. If you're organized, friendly, and eager to grow in the beauty industry, we’d love to meet you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival. Always go above and beyond to give each guest an unforgettable experience.
• Check out guests. You are responsible for ensuring that all services are charged for, suggesting products based on their hair concerns, and pre-booking their next appointment. Training is provided.
• Perform confirmation calls, answer incoming guest calls, capture guest data, and book appointments.
• Stock and clean retail shelves as necessary
• Salon cleaning as determined by management.

Other:

• Learn the services provided by each stylist, their specialties, level of expertise, etc.
• Cash Handling
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ability to attend and complete all company education as required.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and special events, as needed.
• Present and reinforce a professional appearance following the dress code standards.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Proper phone etiquette.
