At Saylor, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated, hyper-organized, and personable Account Manager to oversee agency accounts and develop long-term relationships with our clients.

Description

This role works closely with internal teams, including our Strategy, Creative, and Production teams, to lead and develop exceptional campaigns that deliver on our client's objectives; influence and entertain consumers; and lead to new opportunities for the agency. They will be responsible for establishing streamlined workflows and approval processes, managing the life cycle of all deliverables, and ensuring every team member is operating at the highest level to meet client expectations. Depending on the account, they may also lead social media content development, working to brainstorm, assign, and approve both assets and copy.


Ultimately, the Account Manager will act as a liaison between clients and Saylor, and so we are looking for a true team leader who is able to communicate effectively and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional editorial instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.


Location: This is a hybrid role that works 3-days per week from our office in Echo Park, Los Angeles. 



Minimum Requirements:

●  5-6 years of professional experience in account management or digital marketing for a brand or agency

●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to make recommendations to our client partners based on their goals and industry best practices

●  A positive attitude and growth mindset

●  Demonstrated experience developing a brand voice and building social audiences; and/or leading marketing campaigns from start to finish

●  Deep knowledge of social media best practices

●  A passion for leading and developing new talent

●  Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy

●  Advanced presentation skills

●  Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)


Nice to haves:

●  Experience with accounts and clients in the Entertainment industry

●  1+ years of experience managing a team (preferably with remote workers)

●  Familiarity with insight tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, etc and project management tools like AirTable, Asana, etc

●  Interest in helping to build an agency from the ground up

Salary

$75,000 - $90,000 per year
