We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support SLPA supervision in our Stamford clinic. Description

Schedule

  • Afternoon availability required (typically 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload
  • Opportunity to expand hours over time



💼 Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and write reports
  • Supervise SLPAs in accordance with state and ASHA guidelines
  • Review session notes and support clinical decision-making for assigned SLPAs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
  • Collaborate with families and team members as needed



💰 Compensation (W2)

  • Higher rates available for clinicians with experience in:
  • Evaluations
  • SLPA supervision
  • W2 employment (taxes withheld; no self-employment burden)
  • Consistent client flow provided



Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Connecticut SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP required (for supervision responsibilities)
  • Experience with pediatric populations required
  • Experience with evaluations and/or supervision preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
