πŸ”‘ Responsibilities

1. SLPA Supervision (Core)

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision in accordance with CT/ASHA guidelines (20%)
  • Conduct weekly observation sessions
  • Review documentation and ensure timely, compliant notes
  • Provide feedback and clinical guidance to SLPA

2. Documentation + Quality Oversight

  • Review session notes weekly
  • Ensure treatment aligns with goals
  • Maintain supervision logs for compliance

3. Family Communication (Structured)

  • Provide monthly progress updates (brief, structured β€” not open-ended)
  • Communicate clearly with families regarding goals and progress

4. Optional Clinical Work (Based on Availability)

  • Conduct speech/language evaluations
  • Provide short-term treatment coverage when needed

  • 6–10 hours/week (core responsibilities)
