We are seeking a Part-Time Supervising SLP to oversee and support an SLPA on site. This role is not remote. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentorship, values high-quality documentation, and can provide structured, supportive supervision. This is a focused, high-impact role — not a general caseload position.

Description

Key Responsibilities

1. SLPA Supervision (Core Responsibility)

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision in accordance with CT/ASHA guidelines (20%)
  • Conduct weekly direct observation sessions
  • Review documentation and ensure timely, compliant notes
  • Provide feedback and clinical guidance to SLPA

2. Documentation + Quality Oversight

  • Review session notes weekly
  • Ensure treatment plans align with goals
  • Maintain supervision logs for compliance

3. Family Communication (Structured)

  • Provide monthly progress updates to families (brief calls or written updates)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally regarding progress and goals
  • Maintain boundaries — communication is structured, not open-ended

4.Collaboration

  • Communicate with Clinical Director regarding any concerns or escalations
  • Participate in brief check-ins as needed

Ideal Candidate

You are:


  • An experienced SLP with prior supervision experience (or strong interest)
  • Structured, organized, and comfortable holding expectations
  • Clear communicator with both clinicians and families
  • Independent and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a defined role (not open-ended)
