Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a results-driven Patient Care Coordinator or Treatment & Product Specialist with a passion for skin health, wellness, and client education. This role combines clinical consultation, customized treatment planning, and curated product recommendations to deliver a deeply personalized experience for every guest.

Your Role

As our Treatment & Product Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted guide and advisor, helping clients navigate their aesthetic and wellness journeys. Through in-depth consultations and product knowledge, you’ll build customized programs that support long-term transformation and client loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and wellness consultations using diagnostic tools
• Recommend and customize treatment plans and home care regimens
• Confidently discuss pricing, membership benefits, and secure client commitments
• Guide guests through treatment pathways, tracking progress and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR entries for all client interactions
• Support retail performance through product education and strategic merchandising
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and guest satisfaction
• Participate in training, team meetings, and spa events
• Support compliance with all sanitation, HIPAA, and safety regulations

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician or professional background in skin/wellness consulting
• Deep knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments and skincare products
• Strong sales and consultation skills with a heart-centered approach
• Highly organized with a passion for education and client transformation
• Familiarity with EMR software, retail systems, and performance tracking
• Professional presence, excellent communication, and follow-through
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and love for lifelong learning
