Your Role

As a Massage Therapist at Saxira, you will provide a range of therapeutic and relaxing bodywork services that support our clients’ wellness journeys. You’ll collaborate with other team members in aesthetic medicine and integrative care to offer treatments that are not only rejuvenating but restorative at a deeper level.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and specialty techniques based on licensure and training
• Conduct thorough consultations to tailor each session to the client’s needs and goals
• Educate clients on post-massage self-care and wellness practices
• Maintain a serene, clean, and safe treatment environment according to all sanitation and health guidelines
• Support Saxira’s wellness and aesthetic mission through cross-referrals and collaborative care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
• Contribute to marketing efforts by supporting testimonials, content creation, and event participation
• Uphold Saxira’s brand standards in service delivery, client communication, and personal presentation

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

• Current Maryland Massage Therapy License
• 1–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness, or clinical setting preferred
• Skilled in multiple massage techniques and committed to continued learning
• Calm, compassionate demeanor with strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to customize sessions based on client needs and feedback
• Team player who thrives in a supportive, integrative care environment
• Passion for holistic health, healing, and helping others feel their best
