The Role

As a Front Desk Associate at Saxira, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing the front desk operations. You will handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure the smooth flow of daily activities in our practice.

What You'll Do

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.

- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the team.

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.

- Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance client experience.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

What We're Looking For

-Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

-Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Nice to Have

- Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic environment.

- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
