Your Role

As the Practice Manager at Saxira, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. From ensuring a seamless client journey to managing staff performance and financial tracking, you’ll keep the practice flowing efficiently while upholding our high-touch, client-centered experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure a smooth, luxurious client experience
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and coordinators
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and implement profitability strategies
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high medical and aesthetic standards
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Foster a results-driven, compassionate, and professional culture

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

• Proven experience in a medspa, medical office, or luxury wellness setting
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Business operations expertise, including P&L and KPI tracking
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, and POS systems
• Understanding of aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, IV therapy)
• Warm, polished, and professional demeanor
• A passion for wellness, self-care, and client empowerment
