Your Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition, increase retention, and grow brand visibility. You will work closely with leadership to translate Saxira’s mission into meaningful marketing touchpoints that educate, convert, and inspire.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars with consistent campaigns
• Build and execute client attraction funnels through digital platforms
• Oversee the implementation of lead generation strategies, including Facebook/Instagram ads, Google ads, referral programs, and partnerships
• Write, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, event invites)
• Create and manage SMS/text campaigns for special offers and reactivation
• Manage social media content strategy and scheduling with a strong visual and message alignment to Saxira's brand
• Produce monthly themes with promotional focus, aligned with service highlights or seasonal trends
• Track and report key marketing metrics (CPL, ROI, conversion rate, etc.) using tools like GHL or HubSpot
• Design and print marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, banners, postcards, and menus
• Maintain online reputation through review generation and monitoring (Google, Yelp, RealSelf)
• Organize, promote, and host in-house educational events and webinars
• Collaborate on scripting and campaign creation for team phone follow-up and front desk integration
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Manage and update website content with SEO best practices in mind
• Strategically support VIP Membership marketing and upselling systems
• Coordinate promotional photoshoots, video shoots, and before-and-after galleries
• Manage influencer collaborations and social proof campaigns
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor positioning

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics or wellness marketing
• Strong copywriting, graphic design, and digital marketing execution skills
• Proficiency in marketing software such as Canva, GHL, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Deep understanding of the client journey in aesthetic medicine and how to influence buying behavior
• Ability to think strategically and execute quickly with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative, accountable, and metrics-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organization skills
