Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a warm, polished, and proactive Guest Relations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact in our elevated aesthetic medicine practice. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice that ensures each guest feels seen, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your Role

You’ll be the heart of the front desk—creating a luxury guest experience from the very first touchpoint. With your professionalism, warmth, and organizational talent, you’ll help streamline operations, support the clinical team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling well cared for.


Your Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless, personalized check-in/check-out experience
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling across multiple providers
  • Educate guests on service offerings, memberships, and homecare products
  • Maintain the boutique environment—clean, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Promote Saxira's services and packages through thoughtful engagement
  • Handle POS transactions, follow up on leads, and assist with guest rebooking
  • Support marketing efforts by gathering reviews, referrals, and social engagement
  • Uphold the standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and professionalism

What Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness Is Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, aesthetics, or wellness administration
  • Confident communication and a poised, polished presence
  • Strong computer, scheduling, and multitasking skills
  • Sales-savvy mindset with guest-centered service values
  • Familiarity with aesthetic services and wellness concepts is preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
