Savvy Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury bridal gowns. Currently, Savvy Bridal Collective consists of 3 brick-and-mortar locations.

- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for boxes + mannequins and move multiple gowns on hangers.
Qualifications:
- One year of customer service experience is mandatory. Retail experience is a plus! Bridal experience is a plus plus!
- Must be extremely self-motivated, unapologetically goal-oriented + 100% laser focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with Apple products and knowledgeable in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Experience:
- Create a positive and memorable experience for clients during appointments
- Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members
- Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and event planning
- Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Operations:
- Ensure showroom is well-maintained
- Handle tasks such as steaming gowns, pricing inventory, and shipping products
- Complete follow-ups in a timely manner
- Manage time effectively during appointments
- Assist team members as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in bridal or a service-based industry
- Interest in fashion and trends
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift items up to 25-50 lbs
- Weekend availability is required for this position.
