In this hands-on role, you'll craft delicious espresso drinks, keep the stand running smoothly, and help create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and love for great coffee will help build a loyal community around Saporito Brew.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve quality espresso, coffee, and other specialty beverages quickly and accurately
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service with a positive attitude
• Keep the stand clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Handle payments and maintain accuracy with cash and digital transactions
• Support your teammates and contribute to a smooth, upbeat environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years and older
• Previous Barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Must be available for evening and closing shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a coffee stand or cafe environment
• Knowledge of espresso machine and drink preparation
• Passion for coffee, people, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
