📚 Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a field related to the position.
  • An understanding of educational methodologies and a passion for teaching.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification, or the ability to become certified.
  • Successful clearance of a criminal background check.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong background in sports and athletics is highly preferred, with significant experience as either a player or coach.
  • Prior teaching experience preferred, with a proven track record of fostering student learning and engagement.
  • Intermediate experience with Google Suite products.
  • Previous experience with Savvas Realize technology desired, but not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role requires mental agility, regular interaction through speech, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic educational environment.

  • 📞 Phone Screening: Meet our Director of Academics. (30 min)
  • 💻 Video Interview with two people on the Team: Chat again with our Director of Academics, and meet either our Co-Founder/CFO or Principal. (30 min)
  • 📝 Assessment: Complete a task-based assessment as directed by the interview panel to demonstrate relevant skills and competencies. (30 min)
  • 💻 Final Interview with the Team: Chat again with our Director of Academics, Co-Founder/CFO, and Principal. (1 hour)
