The Role

We’re seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Santa Cruz. This position is focused exclusively on hygiene care and patient education within a well-organized, fee-for-service setting.

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Hygiene is typically scheduled three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Up to eight patients scheduled per day

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Take and review digital X-rays
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RDH license required
• New graduates considered
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Nitrous oxide certification a plus
• Professional, reliable, patient-focused demeanor
