Sanders Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to join our team. As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet, supporting general aviation operations, and upholding our reputation for safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose mechanical and system issues using approved diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting methods.
- Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are maintained in a clean, organized, and operational condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and ensure the highest standards of service.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required.
- US Work authorization required.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
