Sanders Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to join our team. As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet, supporting general aviation operations, and upholding our reputation for safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical and system issues using approved diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting methods.
• Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are maintained in a clean, organized, and operational condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and ensure the highest standards of service.

Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required.
• US Work authorization required.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
