Our concierge membership based practice that offers both medical and wellness care is seeking an experienced front desk sales receptionist. The ideal candidate would have a strong sales background, with retail or scheduling experience. Primary responsibilities would include:

• Following up with online appointment and sales lead submissions
• Guest Greeting/Offering Tours/Notifying clients of current specials & events
• Client check in/check out
• Assist with updating Social Media Platforms
• Answering phones and scheduling both wellness and medical appointments
