Job description:
We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing Bellevue team.
In this hybrid position, you’ll provide individual, couples, and family therapy both in-person and via telehealth. You’ll collaborate with a team of clinicians and staff who share your passion for helping clients build resilience, find clarity, and experience healing.

This position is open to Washington State residents only.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy
- Document all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes within required timeframes
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in weekly consultation meetings and monthly staff meetings (paid)
- Engage in professional development and continuing education to stay current in best practices
Qualifications
- Current Washington State license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (open to early-career clinicians)
- Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11 diagnostic standards
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to maintaining ethical, compassionate, and inclusive care
Compensation
- $44 – $53 per hour
- 5% increase in pay rate for pay periods with 30+ client hours per week
