Description

  • Check patients in and out.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Send weekly lab reminders for patients.
  • Obtain vital signs and perform InBody body composition tests.
  • Complete patient intake and update medical information.
  • Obtain informed consent forms for procedures and services (peptides, micro-needling, blood-draw, NAD+, retatrutide).
  • Educate patients on clinic services, memberships, and pricing.
  • Collect and process patient payments.
  • Upload insurance information (if applicable) and explain self-pay options for medication, labs, etc.
  • Assist providers during medical procedures.
  • Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed by the provider.
  • Prepare procedure room for pellet insertions
  • Clean and restock examination rooms and treatment areas and assist with inventory management.
  • Coordinate imaging requests as directed by the provider.
  • Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient portal messages.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure the reception area and clinical spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Clean and maintain trocars according to sterilization protocols.
  • Clean, operate, and maintain the autoclave.


Salary

$18 - $24 per hour
