**Job Overview:**
Sameday AI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and goals
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Monitor customer health and engagement, address any issues or concerns, and escalate as needed
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
