SamCart is looking for a strategic, experienced, and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the direction of one of our core Product Development teams. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for a critical area of our platform, driving initiatives that help creators build, grow, and scale their digital businesses. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll influence company-level strategy, mentor fellow product team members, and make decisions that directly impact SamCart’s growth, revenue, and market position.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your team’s domain, aligning it with company-level objectives and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary product voice in cross-functional leadership discussions, translating business goals into clear product priorities and trade-off decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and competitive landscape through executive partnerships, customer interviews, qualitative and quantitative research, and data analysis.
- Lead continuous discovery and experimentation to validate hypotheses, de-risk initiatives, and ensure measurable impact on product KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products that educate, enable, and engage digital product sellers at every stage of their journey.
- Advance the SamCart platform to reliably support sales and marketing activities (yes, we’re using SamCart to sell SamCart!).
- Champion a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, and iterative delivery across your team and adjacent teams.
- Mentor and coach associate and mid-level product managers, helping to raise the product craft across the organization.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
- Be a driving force in cross-team customer activation, retention, and reactivation strategy—contributing not just within your team, but across the broader product and go-to-market organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product management experience at modern technology or SaaS companies, with a demonstrated track record of shipping products that drive growth, engagement, and retention.
- Proven ability to craft a compelling product vision and strategy, and gain alignment from cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- Strategic and critical thinker who keeps the big picture in mind, continues to ask ‘why,’ and applies sound judgment in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Deep expertise in modern product discovery and delivery techniques, including dual-track agile, opportunity solution trees, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency using analytics platforms and A/B testing tools to influence decision-making, build hypotheses, and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience conducting experiments, user interviews, usability studies, and other research methods to inform product direction.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-team product launches with minimal oversight and high accountability.
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, handles ambiguity well, and focuses relentlessly on driving impact.
- A flexible mindset that is open to change, new information, and evolving priorities.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in the creator economy or digital product space is a significant plus.

Our Core Values
- Play to Win. We play offense every single day. Unshaken by bigger companies, we see them as proof of what’s possible. We adapt, innovate, and outthink them.
- Take Risks, Embrace Failure. Fear doesn’t paralyze us—standing still does. We take risks and embrace failure because it’s the quickest path to success.
- Complexity is the enemy. We keep it simple and stay lean in everything we do—our teams, projects, product, and strategies. We double down on what works, perfecting the few things we do best.
- Ahead of the Curve. Always. We combine intuition, experience, and data to drive breakthrough ideas. We stay curious, spot trends early, and know our customers, market, and business better than anyone.
- The Customer is everything. We treat their business like it’s our own. Their wins are our wins. Their goals are our goals.
- Work with Purpose, Live with Balance. Work is important, but it’s not everything. Our greatest wins happen when we bring our best to work, without sacrificing what matters most: our families, friends, and our personal growth.
