Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Customer Success:
Analyst
- Interface with various test vendors that assess certain dimensions of data quality relating to the data of our suppliers
- Create test samples and manage, and record data quality results from our vendors’ testing
- Interrogate and perform in-depth data analyses related to new and existing data suppliers and communicate your findings to a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Research, and perform analysis on, identified data quality issues within our database and communicate findings to engineering with recommendations on how to address
Customer Success/Sales Support
- Support our sales team by running counts and assisting with customer or prospects’
data projects
- Become a SME on use of and features relating to our UI and API systems
- Provide first line of support for our UI system and API System for Sales Team, customers and prospects
- Communicate and liaise with product team on bugs/enhancements/etc for UI and API
- Support the development of future customer success initiatives and objectives
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics or something similar
- 2+ years of experience in business, data analysis or related role
- Strong excel skills & analytics skills
- Must truly enjoy doing spreadsheet work; must be very comfortable with core functions, formulas and features if excel. Knowledge of Macros is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail (!) with ability to identify data inconsistencies and inaccuracies
- Interpersonal skills including strong written and oral communications with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Multi tasker who can work in an fast paced environment
- Can work independently
