Description

Event Leads are responsible for supervising from initial set up through the end of the event. The supervisor is responsible for the coordinating and breaking down of the equipment and insuring it is packed safely ready for transport. They will be responsible for supervising Team Members, maintaining client contact, & ensuring that our guests have a safe and enjoyable picnic. Must have a strong understanding of the way an event is carried out. Staff working in this position must have previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication and organizational skills. Also must be able to troubleshoot problems at events and keep in close contact with the warehouse as needed. Writes in “Time In and Time Out” on the time sheet and writes summary of the event (problems, potential solutions, items that were left off the load board, etc.) to be reviewed by Sales, H.R., and the Warehouse staff. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites. Possession of a food handler & Alcohol Service card is required.

Salary

$18 - $25 per hour
