Full Time - Weekend availability required!
Salt City Coffee is looking for a dedicated and reliable barista to join our team on a full-time basis at our Le Moyne location. Ideal applicants will be able to work 5 days per week on an ongoing basis and must be available on weekends.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee beverages and food items, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming environment for all.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and food items with precision and care
- Guide customers through our menu and make recommendations based on their preferences and your expertise
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain a spotless and organized work environment, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Act as a representative of Salt City Coffee, embodying our values and mission
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Reliability & dependability!
- Curiosity about the science of coffee and willingness to learn and hone new skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for creating high-quality beverages
- Cooperative team player who works well with all different types of people and likes making their coworkers look good!
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
**Pay: $14.20 per hour plus tips**
**Start Date: ASAP**
