About Us:

Salt and Light Psychological Services is a private practice dedicated to supporting individuals through their life's journey. We emphasize a compassionate, presence-driven approach to mental health. We're seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide veteran disability evaluations. Training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological testing and evaluations for veteran disability claims
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines
• Participate in continuing education programs

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Texas
• Degree from an APA accredited program
• Experience in psychological testing and assessments

Compensation:

This is a full-time, W-2 position combining a guaranteed base salary with a monthly bonus tied to veteran evaluation volume. Training provided.

• Base salary: $100,000/year, guaranteed
• Performance bonus: up to $50,000/year, paid monthly based on evaluation volume
• Total compensation potential: up to $150,000/year
• Includes paid time off and paid holidays

Work Hours:

• In-person, office-based evaluations

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, full-time

Education and Experience:

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required
• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed psychologist preferred, but not required
