Salt and Light Psychological Services, PLLC is a Licensed Psychologist-founded, multi-provider outpatient behavioral health practice serving the DFW mid-cities area. We operate a therapy-primary model with a growing psychological assessment division, a broad commercial insurance panel, active government contracts, and a mission rooted in delivering meaningful, lasting care to the communities we serve.

The Role:


We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in a clinical capacity, with a focus on psychological evaluation and assessment services. Responsibilities:


  • Conduct psychological evaluations across a range of referral types including ADHD, autism spectrum, medical clearance, disability, and specialty forensic evaluations
  • Provide individual therapy consistent with your training and clinical specialties
  • Produce timely, well-written clinical reports and maintain documentation within our EMR
  • Collaborate with our clinical team and coordinate with referring providers as appropriate
  • Maintain a sustainable caseload aligned with practice needs and your professional preferences


Qualifications:


  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program in Psychology
  • Active, unrestricted Texas license as a Licensed Psychologist
  • Demonstrated training and experience in psychological assessment and testing
  • PSYPACT authority preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong written communication skills and timely documentation habits
  • Collegial, team-oriented disposition
