About Us:

Salt and Light Psychological Services is a private practice dedicated to supporting individuals through their life's journey. We emphasize a compassionate, presence-driven approach to mental health. Our team is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy for adults, children, seniors, and veterans. The provider would be trained in providing specialized testing and assessments for Veterans and Seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Conduct psychological testing and evaluations.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals.
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines.
• Participate in supervision and continuing education programs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Texas.
• Experience in psychological testing and assessments.
• Strong skills in psychotherapy intakes and treatment management.

Work Hours:

• Flexible schedule - No weekend work.
• Combination of in-person and telehealth sessions based on patient preference.
