Role Overview:

SalesBoost LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Client Experience to join our award-winning organization. This position will play a pivotal role in driving the client experience across the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and training to engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through effective power skill development training.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience Guide:
  • Conduct onboarding initiatives to ensure new clients seamlessly adopt SalesBoost's platform and maximize its value.
  • Proactively engage with learners and leadership to enhance clients’ experience of our products and build strong client relationships.
  • Anticipate and implement strategies to minimize churn and increase client lifetime value.
  • Demo learning journey options for potential clients and/or partnerships.
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all client correspondence is accurately logged and tracked in respective platforms (i.e. Hubspot) for effective documentation.
  • Solicit feedback from learners and leaders to drive engagement, craft testimonials and develop case studies.
  • Training Programming and Engagement:
  • Execute comprehensive client onboarding plans.
  • Manage and develop ongoing continuous learning programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions that empower learners to utilize SalesBoost's platform effectively.
  • Monitor learner activity and report patterns and trends to the SalesBoost leadership team.
  • Provide professional and timely support to address any learner challenges or concerns.
  • Continuous Learning and Content Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the content development team to ensure the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging coursework.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Technical Product Analyst:
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and upgrades to ensure a flawless user experience.
  • Assist the Sales, IT team and web development team in understanding the client’s integration requirements.
  • Communications and Advocacy Leader:
  • Craft compelling client communications to keep learners informed and engaged throughout their journey.
  • Champion the client experience across the organization, advocating for their needs and fostering a client-centric culture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on organization and documentation.
  • 3+ years of experience in client or customer success management, training, or implementation.
  • Proven track record of success in onboarding, training, and engaging clients in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving client issues.
  • Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM system.
  • Passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through effective soft skill development training.
