Salary Range: $65,000 to $100,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing enterprise hospitality-based accounts and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise hospitality-based accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide timely solutions to meet their requirements

- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our simulation platform

- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial setup to successful implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to drive customer success and advocate for customer needs

- Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive customer retention and growth

- Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our product offerings

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with customers to help optimize their operations


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience managing enterprise-level customer accounts, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to customer challenges

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to customer success

- Knowledge of current industry regulations and guidelines, including the prohibition of inquiring about criminal backgrounds
