Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities within the enterprise segment of the lodging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales excellence in software solutions, deep industry insights, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating relationships with executives in the lodging industry. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the enterprise lodging sector. Leverage insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Product Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SalesBoost's offerings. Customize presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product & learning, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to market penetration and client support.

- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of SalesBoost in the enterprise lodging market. Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and progress.


Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the lodging/hospitality industry, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for new business.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into sales opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
