The Opportunity:

SalesBoost is seeking a highly driven and experienced Vice President of Sales, Enterprise Accounts, to both lead our sales strategy for large enterprise clients and directly manage key, high-value accounts. This is a unique opportunity to shape our enterprise sales efforts, build lasting relationships with strategic customers, and drive significant revenue growth through both leadership and direct engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within the enterprise market.


Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and drive success:


  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
  • Commission: Unlimited commission earning potential
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $190,000+

What You'll Do:

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for acquiring and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Direct Account Management: Personally manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, leading complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to successful closure and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strategic Deal Execution: Take a hands-on approach to negotiating and closing significant enterprise deals, leveraging your deep understanding of enterprise needs and decision-making processes.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with and mentor other sales team members, sharing best practices for engaging with and closing enterprise clients.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise prospects, building a robust pipeline for future growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on enterprise customer needs and deliver exceptional value.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key sales metrics for your portfolio and the broader enterprise sales efforts, providing regular updates and insights to the executive team.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and enterprise-specific challenges and opportunities.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Required minimum of 2 years experience selling SaaS software to C-Suite Executives
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, consistently exceeding significant revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, including navigating multi-layered organizations and complex procurement processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide sales team members, even while directly managing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and 1 execute effective enterprise sales strategies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand enterprise customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
