Position Overview
The Project Assistant will play a key support role in helping manage the logistics, communications, and documentation for multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to meaningful projects in the education space.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning and execution
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
· Organize and maintain project files, timelines, and documentation
· Support data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, and reports
· Assist with the preparation of presentations, training materials, and client communications
· Maintain project management tools and help ensure deadlines are met
· Support team members and consultants with ad hoc tasks as needed
· Communicate with clients, learners, and program participants to provide information and respond to inquiries
· Assist with developing content for social media updates, newsletters, and marketing initiatives related to educational services, programs, and event planning and organization
· Support projects with document formatting, proofreading, and logistics
· Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth program operations
· Some local and domestic travel is possible.
Qualifications & Skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management processes.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
· Interest in education, project coordination, or consulting work.
· A background check is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in an administrative, project assistant, or coordinator role.
· Background or coursework in education, public policy, or a related field.
· Experience working with educators, school systems, or nonprofits.
Qualified candidates will be required to submit two letters of recommendation (one must be from someone who directly supervised you and has knowledge of your work performance).

$20 - $25 per hour
