We're looking for an Operations Administrator to help keep our headquarters running like a well-oiled machine and support our internal teams with outstanding execution and follow-through.
🧭 What You’ll Do
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and enjoys being the central hub that keeps the office and teams flowing. You'll:

Keep the wheels turning: Oversee office inventory, common areas, and facilities coordination.

Be the heartbeat of communication: Send out timely and accurate correspondence to vendors and tenants, manage mail systems, and use communication templates with ease.

Support key players: Assist the Business Process Manager and collaborate with Property Managers, HR, and Marketing on projects and events.

Stay two steps ahead: Track contract expirations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely data/document uploads.

Own the little things that make a big difference: From scheduling meeting rooms to wiping down a table — you’ll notice what needs doing and do it.
