You’ll work directly with the Director of Leasing, supporting strategic deals, market analysis, and lead generation — all while learning the business from the ground up.

About the Role:

As a Leasing Analyst, you’ll be an essential part of our Leasing team — blending data analysis, property storytelling, market intelligence, and business development. You’ll help shape the narrative behind our shopping centers while also contributing to leasing strategy through outreach and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

📊 Research & Storyboarding:

• Build “storyboards” for each shopping center — a visual and data-driven presentation proving why the community is strong, growing, and ideal for a prospective retailer
• Gather and synthesize third-party market data, news articles, demographic reports, and economic stats to support the leasing narrative
• Create compelling visuals and citations that help tell each property's story

📈 Market Analysis & Surveys:

• Conduct competitive surveys and track tenant mix across trade areas
• Evaluate lease economics (rent comps, co-tenancy clauses, CAM structures, etc.)
• Run basic IRR or return analyses for proposed deals

📞 Prospecting & Lead Generation:

• Identify and reach out to potential tenants who are a strong fit for our centers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of tenant leads using CRM tools
• Support LOI drafting, follow-ups, and lease tracking

🤝 Networking & Collaboration:

• Attend local real estate events and broker functions
• Build relationships with brokers, retailers, and business owners
• Participate in weekly leasing calls and team meetings
