Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultations: Conduct initial consultations to understand client expectations, assess natural lashes, and recommend suitable styles and services.
2. Application of Lash Services:
3. Apply eyelash extensions, lift and tints, and brow services, ensuring precise, safe, and sanitary techniques.
4. Perform lash fills and removals while maintaining the health of clients' natural lashes.
5. Client Education: Provide aftercare instructions to help clients maintain the longevity and appearance of their lashes.
6. Sanitation and Maintenance: Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspaces meet health and safety standards.
7. Sales and Upselling: Recommend complementary products or services, such as lash serums or other spa treatments, to enhance the client experience.
8. Client Retention: Build strong client relationships through excellent service, timely follow-ups, and attention to individual needs.
