We're looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Technician to join our specialty diagnostic imaging team.

Sage Veterinary Imaging is not a general practice or emergency hospital. We focus exclusively on advanced diagnostic imaging, helping pets receive timely, accurate diagnoses through MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiology, and other specialty imaging services.

What You'll Do

You'll play an essential role in delivering safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging by:

• Preparing patients for advanced imaging procedures.
• Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Supporting MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiology workflows.
• Maintaining anesthesia and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborating closely with veterinarians, radiologists, and imaging professionals.
• Mentoring technicians and helping promote a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (or eligible where applicable).
• Five or more years of experience in veterinary medicine, including at least three years of direct patient care.
• Strong anesthesia knowledge and patient monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in specialty or emergency veterinary medicine.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Passion for mentoring others and supporting team development.
